Lavender - beautiful and relaxing, no side effects or contra indications.
Bitter Orange - it has a lovely scent of the orange tree and combines well with Lavender. To help collagen production.
Chamomile - for regulating your monthly period and cooling down the body.
I recommend using a 10 to 15 ml brown jar, use Fractionated Coconut Oil as a base and fill the jar about 3/4 of the way up, mixing in 5 to 7 drops of the lavender and 2 to 3 drops of Bitter Orange and Chamomile. Store in a cool and dark place, or the fridge. The oil mixture can be applied to the abdomen, and rubbed down over your body after a shower or bath. Using them on the temples and pulse points also help, on the spine along the back which carries them to the rest of the body fast through the blood and skeleton and endocrine system. Never eat or ingest the oils. A dry brush massage before you shower or bath is good for invigorating the skin and getting your blood flowing, as well as getting rid of dead skin.
I have also used the Orange Blossom Cream from Penghalion's and Molton Brown. Molton Brown is a sweeter smell but it is hard to find Penghalion's in Canada.
I am a trained Aromatherapist in Toronto and use the oils myself.
